![]() ![]() This is a workaround if you cannot scan from the printer directly.įor the scanner error please try these steps: If it scans from the computer correctly then continue to scan from the computer and ignore the printer’s error.If it does then try to scan from the computer and see if it scans correctly. Please make 2 copies directly from the printer without any communication from the computer,.Did this happen after a power outage or surge?.Are you able to scan from the printer now after the error message showed up?.Are you able to make copies directly from the printer?.To assist you with accurate information I would require more information regarding this: Superb description and spectacular troubleshooting and commendable diagnosis of the issue before posting.
